Description
SUNY Alfred State is soliciting proposals for an organic dairy feed energy mix. The contract period will be for 12 months, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The approximate monthly usage is 8 tons. The specific formula for the Energy Mix is provided in the attached document. This procurement is being made under discretionary authority, and a sealed bid will not be held. Interested parties must contact the designated Campus contact within 15 business days of the Advertisement Notice. Keystone Mills was awarded an identical or substantially similar contract within the past five years.
