Description
The University of Wisconsin-Stout, through its Purchasing Services Department, is requesting bids for providing produce and specialty food items to its Dining Services department. The university intends to contract with multiple broadline vendors to supply these items, with purchases potentially based on cost, delivery dates, supply, seasonality, quality, and university preference. Historical spend for this category has ranged from approximately $298,000 to $338,000 annually. Bidders must be authorized suppliers with at least five years of experience in the business of producing, distributing, or selling these products and must hold appropriate licenses and certifications. Deliveries are expected to be made Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM to up to three distinct campus locations. The contract will have an initial term through June 30, 2027, with four automatic one-year renewal options, provided terms and conditions remain the same.
