The Western Virginia Water Authority is soliciting bids for Phase 1 of the Brandon Avenue Water Distribution System Improvements project. The base bid includes replacing approximately 6,160 feet of existing water line with new 12-inch and 6-inch water lines, installing new service connections, and completing related appurtenances in accordance with the plans and contract documents.
