Description
Giles County is hiring a Maintenance/HVAC Technician to perform skilled work on building equipment and fixtures, including HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, electrical and electronic controls, compressed air systems, water cooled chillers, and DDC building automation systems. The position also involves general maintenance, repair, and construction of county and school buildings. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years of experience in HVAC and electrical systems, and an additional 1-2 years in carpentry, construction, or plumbing. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
