Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Highways District 10, is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase of 3,280 pounds of STR-Channel C-6-inch by 3/16-inch steel channel, consisting of 20 pieces at 20 feet each. The material must be new and meet AASHTO M270 Grade 50, also identified as ASTM A709 Grade 50, steel requirements. The contract will be awarded to the vendor offering compliant material at the lowest overall total cost. The vendor must ship the material immediately after award and receipt of a purchase order or notice to proceed, with delivery required within 15 working days. Delivery is FOB destination, and the solicitation permits alternate brands or models if they meet or exceed the stated specifications.
