The USDA Forest Service intends to competitively award a BPA call order for field services that gather vegetation information by establishing plots in burned stands on the Mt. Hood National Forest. Data will be collected using a tablet, with a GPS unit used to document plot locations. This is a special notice and not a solicitation or request for proposals. The requirement is restricted to companies already approved for call orders under the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR); the call order RFQ will be issued by email to eligible BPA holders. The notice states that the work is a total small-business set-aside and identifies the LMIR BPA as solicitation 12363N23Q4023.
