Description
TriMet is re-soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms for construction services to implement pedestrian safety enhancements at the NE Kelly Avenue rail crossing in Gresham, Oregon. The project is a lump-sum construction bid and includes trackwork, asphalt, concrete, electrical, paving, signage, traffic control, demolition, technical specifications, drawings, quality control, construction safety, on-track safety, labor compliance, small business, workforce training and hiring, and clean-air construction requirements. The ITB was reissued because sections missing from the original technical specifications could have affected total bid prices; the updated package includes an updated bid price form and Addendum 1.
