Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is soliciting bids for construction projects. Bids are due by 9:00 AM on September 22, 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted online through Bid Express (www.bidx.com), while paper bids may be mailed or hand-delivered to the ODOT Procurement Construction Contracts office in Salem, Oregon. The bid opening will be held at the ODOT office in Salem at 9:00 AM on the due date.
