Description
Howell Public Schools is soliciting firm prime contractor bids for Bid Package 3 of its new community center project. The scope includes sitework and utilities, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, metal panels, roofing, glazing, finishes, athletic equipment, casework, grandstand seating, synthetic turf, asphalt, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, structured cabling, fencing, and landscaping. Bids must use the proposal forms provided by the construction manager and may be submitted electronically through Precon Suite or as sealed hard-copy bids. Bids exceeding $31,321 require a 5% bid guaranty in the form of a certified cashier's check or U.S. Treasury-listed security bond. Bids must also include notarized familial-relationship, Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit of Compliance, and Equal Opportunity statements. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds.
