Description
The City of Ashland is seeking a qualified contractor to complete a water-main tie-in from Blue Stream to Industrial Drive. The scope includes furnishing and installing approximately 360 linear feet of six-inch C900 PVC water main, along with excavation, bedding, pipe, fittings, valves, restrained joints, connections, testing, disinfection, backfill, and surface restoration. Bidders must submit firm pricing using the provided quotation form and identify the proposed materials or equipment by brand or manufacturer and catalog number, with specifications and descriptive literature where applicable. The work is subject to the solicitation's general bidding, safety, warranty, indemnification, and contract requirements.
