Description
The New Mexico Aging and Long-Term Services Department is accepting applications from senior centers for capital outlay funding. Eligible uses include existing-facility improvements, code and accessibility corrections, building-system modernization or replacement, and new additions. Applicants must complete the Renovations | Code Compliance | New Addition questionnaire and submit the required application materials, including the Certification Letter, ICIP document, Scope of Work and Deliverables Schedule Worksheet, Project Budget and Funding Sources Worksheet, plans and designs or conceptual drawings, applicable quotes or cost estimates, and an ongoing maintenance budget. The funding is reimbursement-based, and the fiscal agent must confirm its ability to administer the project, pay allowable costs before reimbursement, and comply with procurement, fiscal, reporting, and reimbursement requirements.
