Description
This Request for Information seeks capability statements from interested companies for enterprise data science and analytics support. The anticipated work covers three areas: developing and deploying production-ready machine-learning and optimization solutions; designing and sustaining secure cloud data architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines; and creating business-intelligence dashboards and executive data-storytelling products. Technologies identified include AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, Snowflake Government, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. The draft requirement anticipates a hybrid performance arrangement using contractor facilities and authorized government locations, primarily in the National Capital Region. Personnel must hold active Top Secret clearances, and the company must be U.S.-owned and headquartered in the United States. The requested capability statement is limited to five pages and should address company profile, technical capabilities, relevant past performance from the last three years, and clearance capability. This is market research only; no formal solicitation exists, and responding is not required to be eligible for a future proposal.
