Description
This is a sources-sought market research notice, not a request for quotes or a commitment to award a contract. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is assessing companies’ capability to establish and manage a nationwide rental vehicle program through one national office rather than multiple local distributors. Respondents are asked to provide a statement of capability and company information, including business size, relevant small-business types, points of contact, teaming partners, and recommendations or concerns; pricing must not be submitted. Responses are limited to five pages and must use the specified subject heading. Interested parties must request the non-public Performance Work Statement from the named contacts and return the provided NDA before receiving it.
