Description
Mountain Line seeks a consultant with Optibus expertise to augment its Operations team with technical support for quarterly run cuts and annual service changes. Work includes schedule review and optimization, vehicle blocking, operator run development, rostering and sign-up support, paddle development, reporting, and analysis for the annual August service change. The consultant will provide recommendations and supporting documentation, while Mountain Line retains responsibility for final scheduling decisions and implementation. The agreement has a three-year term, with up to two additional one-year renewals. The anticipated level of effort is not to exceed 100 hours per contract year, although actual hours may vary. Proposers must demonstrate at least three years of Optibus experience and have completed at least three transit run cuts using Optibus. Proposals are evaluated on Optibus experience, relevant transit scheduling experience, approach, key personnel, and cost.
