Description
The City of St. Louis Workforce Development Board seeks one provider to operate career services for adults and dislocated workers through its comprehensive career center. Services include outreach, intake and eligibility determination; assessment, counseling, case management and employment planning; job search, placement and follow-up; referrals to training and support services; and coordination with state employment-service staff and other workforce partners. The provider will also develop and coordinate work experiences, internships, on-the-job and customized training, apprenticeships, and incumbent-worker training, and provide employer recruitment and related business services. The scope includes staffing the center, serving job seekers and employers, and providing 12-month participant follow-up. Proposals involving joint ventures, consortia, or sub-granting service elements are nonresponsive; the selected provider must perform the services itself. The solicitation identifies approximately $547,820.80 for adult and dislocated-worker case management, job development, and placement services, and approximately $101,000 for Missouri Work Assistance services. The proposed agreement is cost-reimbursement. The solicitation describes an initial program year and possible four one-year renewals, while also listing a tentative July 1, 2027 start and June 30, 2032 end date.
