Description
St. Clair County’s Department of Roads and Bridges is seeking an engineering consultant to complete Phase I and Phase II preliminary engineering for replacement of the Lenzburg East Road bridge over Mud Creek (Structure 082-3044). The selected firm must be prequalified by the Illinois Department of Transportation and perform the work in accordance with IDOT and Federal Highway Administration policies and procedures. The scope includes environmental reports, project development report preparation, utility coordination, coordination and public meetings, construction plans, specifications and cost estimates, land acquisition documentation, and related engineering activities. Qualifications responses are evaluated on firm and specialized experience, staff capabilities, workload capacity, and proximity to the county. The solicitation requests three copies and requires completion of the IDOT BDE DISC2 conflict-of-interest template.
