Description
The General Secretariat of the Organization of American States is seeking a Travel Management Company to provide a hybrid corporate travel program combining automated fulfillment through the organization-owned SAP Concur Online Booking Tool with dedicated or semi-dedicated offline reservation and support services. The scope includes complex itinerary management, ticketing, exchanges, cancellations, unused-ticket recovery, emergency and contingency support, bilingual English/Spanish assistance, lowest logical fare compliance, traveler support, and access to global distribution system, New Distribution Capability, and low-cost-carrier content. The contractor must support technical integration with SAP Concur and the organization's other systems, including secure APIs, policy configuration, data synchronization, reporting, data normalization, traveler-profile management, payment and accounting metadata controls, and transition data exports. The solicitation requests separate technical, pricing, legal, and financial submissions, including responses to the technical evaluation questions, relevant experience and references, pricing using the provided format, corporate and tax documentation, contractual-term and conflict-of-interest statements, and audited financial information. The anticipated contract is three years with an option for an additional three-year term.
