Description
The contractor will pump out approximately 3,200 gallons of degraded E85 gasoline from an underground storage tank and transport it off-site for recycling or disposal. Work includes lockout/tagout, removing ignition sources, opening and monitoring/ventilating the tank, transferring recoverable product, removing reachable solids, and labeling and manifesting the waste. The contractor must hold a current Oregon DEQ UST Service Provider License, have a DEQ-licensed UST Supervisor oversee the work, maintain applicable manufacturer certifications, and comply with applicable Oregon and federal UST regulations. The quote must include a technical approach and equipment details, pricing, and relevant past-performance information; the required VAAR limitations-on-subcontracting certification must also be completed and submitted.
