Description
The City of Stamford is soliciting qualifications and proposals for two separate opportunities: construction manager at risk services for the Julia A. Stark Priority Project and design services for Northrop Park Improvements. The construction manager at risk opportunity is a combined RFQ/RFP, and firms must hold a current Connecticut DAS Prequalification Certificate for Construction Manager at Risk (Group B) and submit the required DAS prequalification documentation. The park improvements opportunity is an RFP for design services. Both opportunities require attendance at mandatory pre-proposal meetings and are scheduled to open on November 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Proposals and bids must be submitted online through the City's purchasing system.
