Description
The Wyoming Department of Health's Behavioral Health Division is seeking one comprehensive training for 988 staff and mobile crisis providers on working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities during mental health or substance use crises. The contractor must develop editable training materials, conduct one live virtual training, produce a separate recorded training incorporating questions and feedback from the live session, and summarize discussions with current crisis workers to identify training gaps. The work includes collaboration with crisis workers and local 988 centers, consideration of rural and frontier community needs, monthly status meetings, written meeting summaries, and up to three Agency reviews before completion. The contractor must provide qualified project management and key personnel, relevant work examples and references, a project work plan, delay-management approach, staffing organization, contract exceptions, and a budget narrative. All work must be completed before September 29, 2027, and ownership of the final training materials will transfer to the Agency.
