Description
The City of Billings is soliciting construction bids to replace the irrigation system at Evergreen Park. The work includes removing existing irrigation equipment, pumps, electrical service, and concrete; installing new irrigation systems and pump stations; and completing associated electrical upgrades. Bids must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond equal to at least 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and labor-and-materials payment bonds and required insurance documentation. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry.
