Description
Absarokee School District is soliciting sealed bids for two separate options concerning the Sandstone Building: purchase and removal of the building, or purchase of the building without removal. The solicitation expressly distinguishes these options from a separate solicitation for demolition and related services; demolition services are not included in this opportunity. Bidders must use the forms provided by the School District and submit sealed bids clearly marked for the purchase and removal opportunity. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor informalities where legally permissible. Site inspections are referenced, but no inspection schedule or additional requirements are provided in the available material.
