Description
The Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority is soliciting bids for Contract No. 150, the Dorr Oliver Incinerator Project. The work includes selective demolition of structural, electrical, and mechanical components; incinerator equipment upgrades; construction of a new equipment pad; installation of pollution control equipment; HVAC replacement; flood protection; electrical work; utility piping; and related site work. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, incidentals, and services required to complete the project. The bid must be submitted on the furnished forms with one original, two copies, and a USB flash drive containing a PDF copy of the completed bid form and supporting documents. A bid guarantee equal to 10% of the total bid, not exceeding $20,000, is required. The bid must also include a Certificate of Surety, equipment-control certifications, an Ownership Disclosure Statement, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and compliance with the project's 10% socially and economically disadvantaged small-business utilization goal. Performance and payment bonds and proof of insurance are required from the successful bidder before contract execution.
