Description
The Old Bridge Municipal Utilities Authority is seeking a contractor for the Leone Park Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation – Phase 2 project, including the required labor, materials, unit pricing, and related work described in the Owner’s specifications and contract documents. Bidders must submit the Owner’s standard bid forms and comply with applicable New Jersey prevailing-wage, federal labor, anti-kickback, apprenticeship, equal-employment, and stockholder-disclosure requirements. Each bid must include a Consent of Surety and either a bid bond or certified check for at least 10% of the bid amount, subject to the stated $20,000 cap on certified checks. The Owner may require financial and experience information demonstrating satisfactory completion of similar work.
