DuPage County's Department of Community Services Weatherization Program is seeking qualified contractors to provide materials, installation, and labor for Weatherization Plus services for homes throughout the county. The County intends to award multiple contractors based on the most advantageous proposals. The service categories include pest control; roofing, gutters, and downspout maintenance and repair; weatherization and waterproofing; concrete; electrical; flooring; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; insulation; masonry; plastering; and plumbing. The solicitation does not require a bid bond.
