Description
The Winfield Park District is soliciting sealed bids for improvements at Wynwood Park and Founders Park Field 2. Work includes removing playground surfacing and concrete paving; installing engineered wood fiber surfacing, playground equipment, site furniture, new concrete paving, landscape materials, and restored lawn areas. A 10% bid surety must be submitted with the proposal. The successful contractor must provide a satisfactory performance bond, labor and material payment bond, and required proof of insurance after award. The work is subject to Park District rules and regulations and DuPage County prevailing-wage requirements.
