Description
The City of Wheaton is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Glendale Avenue Flood Improvement Project at 572 Glendale Avenue. The work includes grading, approximately 25 linear feet of driveway culvert replacement, driveway replacement, stoop installation, landscape restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project. The contractor must perform the work in accordance with the provided bid documents, specifications, and drawings, and comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The bid package includes the project attachment, cost proposal workbook, and plans. A 10% bid bond is required.
