Description
The Village of Addison is soliciting bids for a turnkey construction project to enclose two existing roof-only lean-to bays at its Salt Storage Building. The north bay measures approximately 24 feet by 108 feet, and the south bay measures approximately 24 feet by 50 feet. The work includes all required labor, materials, equipment, services, and proper removal and disposal of debris. The project is subject to Illinois prevailing-wage requirements. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit, submit a 10% bid bond, and provide performance and labor/material payment bonds in the full contract amount when required. The solicitation also requires specified insurance coverage, completed certifications and affidavits, references, proof of insurability, and other bid forms.
