Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting quotations for multiple subsistence food items for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. The 58 line items include kosher and halal individually packaged meals and cereals, kosher and halal meat products, beef, poultry, pork, cheese, margarine, beans, coffee, canned vegetables, spices, flour, pasta, rice, sugar, tomatoes, vinegar, and tortillas. Products must meet the detailed specifications in the requirements worksheets, including applicable kosher or halal certification, packaging, labeling, USDA and FSIS standards, product composition, and freshness requirements. This is a firm-fixed-price commercial-products procurement with anticipated multiple awards based on pricing by line item. Quotes will be evaluated on price, technical/specification conformance and product offering, and past performance. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside, and awarded items must be delivered FOB destination within 30 days after the order is placed. Offerors must provide their Unique Entity Identifier with the quotation and complete the Buy American certification.
