Description
SUNY seeks a full-service consulting firm to serve as a fiduciary advisor for its defined contribution retirement plans. Services include investment research and quarterly analysis, investment policy and governance support, oversight of recordkeepers and vendors, operational and data coordination, plan administration support, and development of reporting dashboards and participant communications. The plans cover approximately 140,000 participants and $32.9 billion in combined assets across multiple plans and providers. The selected firm must provide dedicated account management and advisory resources, support participant education and financial wellness initiatives, and maintain onsite presence at SUNY System Administration in Albany, with additional onsite support across campuses and agencies as requested. Proposals must include a technical proposal and a separately submitted cost proposal, with pricing for three years and optional years four and five. The contract term is three years, with an option for a two-year extension.
