Description
This project involves the redevelopment and civil servicing upgrades of the Telkwa Fire Attack Base located at 11530 Skillhorn Road in Telkwa, BC. The upgrades are necessary to support expanding wildfire operations and growing year-round staffing requirements, as the existing site infrastructure is outdated and no longer meets current operational, safety, or regulatory standards. The scope of work includes comprehensive site development and infrastructure improvements such as grading, parking and access upgrades, potable water servicing, onsite wastewater treatment systems, stormwater management, and electrical and communications servicing. Environmental protection measures will also be implemented as part of the project. Bidders must comply with all mandatory requirements outlined in the Conditions of Tender to avoid disqualification.
