Description
The City of Ashland is seeking a contractor to install a 360-linear-foot water tie-in using C900 pipe from Blue Stream to Industrial Drive. The solicitation calls for competitive, sealed quotes and requires the completed quote to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Tie-In from Blue Stream to Industrial Drive.” Written questions must be submitted by October 23, 2026, and official responses will be issued by addendum if necessary. The complete RFQ packet is available through the City or for pickup at City Hall.
