Description
The City of Clermont issued a Request for Information to determine whether any qualified source other than the Center for Public Safety Excellence, Inc., through its Commission on Fire Accreditation International, can provide fire department accreditation services involving CFAI, IAFC, and ICMA. The solicitation states that CPSE/CFAI developed the applicable fire and emergency services self-assessment and accreditation model, manuals, and workshop materials, which are proprietary and copyrighted, and identifies an estimated annual expenditure of $19,000. This is not an invitation to submit a bid or quote. Respondents may submit information demonstrating their ability to provide the same or an equivalent product or service; pricing information should not be provided. Responses must include information regarding the company's ability to provide the described product or service. New vendors must provide the completed Vendor Information form and a current Form W-9. Respondents must be registered with the Florida Department of State and licensed to conduct business in Florida at the time of submittal.
