The City of Calgary is seeking services in two parts: 24/7 monitoring of fire alarm, ammonia detection, and leak detection systems, including signal transmission, alarm handling, and integration with emergency protocols; and annual inspection, testing, maintenance, servicing, and repair of fire alarm and fire protection systems. The scope also includes installation and commissioning of monitoring equipment at specified locations, with operational readiness required by March 1, 2027. The contractor must provide verification certificates, inspection reports, maintenance logs, and as-built updates. The estimated contract period is 84 months, with a proposed start date of January 1, 2027.
