Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotations for 24 INSERT, HULL, TYPE H, NON-PRESSURE components, identified as Leidos part number BR8-1A10072-501 (modified), NPH 5.500 OD, with the modification specified as Note 7006 of Drawing 8752758. The material is HY-80 and must comply with the referenced technical requirements, including EB-5150 and T9074-BD-GIB-010/0300 in lieu of MIL-S-21952. Additive-manufactured items and substitutions or equal products are not permitted. Offerors must submit the solicitation, a firm-fixed-price company quotation, and a technical data sheet if applicable by email. Quotations must include OEM name, brand name, manufacturer’s part number, and country of origin; proof of OEM authorization or authorized distributor status may be requested. The contractor must provide DoD-compliant unique item identification, packaging and marking, supply-chain traceability documentation, and inspection and test records. Evaluation will consider technical acceptability, delivery, and price.
