Description
The Town of Queen Creek is requesting qualifications for design services for the Hawes Road Improvement Project between Chandler Heights Road and Ocotillo Road. The project involves widening Hawes Road to a complete major arterial roadway cross section, analyzing alternatives for major arterial features at the existing bridge over the Queen Creek wash, and conducting pavement analysis with recommendations for replacement or treatment methods. The scope also includes traffic analysis and recommendations for improving traffic flow at the Hawes Road and Chandler Heights Road intersection, along with street lighting, stormwater, a signalized pedestrian crossing, and utility coordination and undergrounding. Responses must include all information required by RFQ No. 27-009 and must be submitted electronically through the Town's designated e-procurement portal; emailed, faxed, mailed, and hand-delivered submissions will not be accepted.
