Description
The Albany Housing Authority is seeking a qualified and properly licensed contractor to complete the interior buildout and renovation of an approximately 1,050-square-foot residential structure. The work includes selective interior demolition; metal stud framing; plumbing, electrical, and HVAC modifications; drywall installation and repair; kitchen buildout; bathroom renovation; laundry area construction; interior doors, trim, and hardware; flooring; interior painting; fixtures and accessories; and final cleaning. The successful contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, inspections, disposal, and coordination necessary to complete the project. The complete RFP package, plans, specifications, proposal requirements, and bid forms are available from the Albany Housing Authority, with electronic versions available by request.
