Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 310 each of transparent armored vehicular windows for military use. The items must conform to Basic Drawing 19207 12605021 and are required within 120 days of the applicable delivery requirement; FOB origin and inspection/acceptance at origin apply. The opportunity is set aside for small businesses. Proposals will be evaluated using best-value procedures based on price, past performance, and delivery. Technical drawings and bid sets will be available through DIBBS cFolders after the solicitation issue date, and vendors may need Joint Certification Program validation to access technical data. Offers may be uploaded through DIBBS or emailed, with emails over 15 MB divided into multiple messages.
