Description
Coastal Carolina University is seeking a contractor to provide replacement HEPA filters and related materials for four fan filter units (FFUs) and one laminar air flow workstation (LAFW), remove and install the filters, perform certification testing in accordance with applicable industry standards, and provide certification reports for each unit. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, personnel, travel, supervision, and related services; coordinate scheduling to minimize disruption to laboratory operations; and properly dispose of replaced filters and related materials. The equipment identified in Amendment 1 includes a Cleatech vertical laminar flow hood and CleanAir Products vertical flow hardwall modular cleanroom filters, model CAP591-13X23X8H. This is a one-time purchase, with completion required within 30 calendar days after receipt of the purchase order. Offers must include the manufacturer's latest literature showing complete product specifications, three references with names and email addresses demonstrating relevant past performance, and any offeror terms and conditions required to purchase the proposed products or services. The solicitation also requires acknowledgment of Amendment 1 through the electronic bidding system.
