Coastal Carolina University is requesting a quote for six types of new, unused, current-production commercial-grade Kelsan custodial equipment: a 32-inch smart vacuum with battery and charger; a 12-gallon, 500-PSI no-touch cleaner; an 18-inch battery auto scrubber with onboard brush; a GoFit 6 cordless unit with an 8Ah battery and 107100 crossover kit; two 12-inch cordless upright vacuums; and a 20-inch single-brush machine with 100Ah AGM batteries. Refurbished, remanufactured, or used equipment will not be accepted. The contractor must provide one operational manual for each item and the manufacturer's standard written warranty upon delivery. This is a one-time purchase of goods. All six line items must be offered, and the university may consider anticipated delivery lead time when selecting the lowest responsive and responsible offer. The solicitation is conducted under small-purchase procedures for commercially available off-the-shelf products.
