Description
The City is soliciting bids for electrical construction work to improve street lighting on Knight Street. The designer's estimate is $760,000. A bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check of at least 5% of the bid amount, including additive alternates, must accompany the bid. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond, a 50% payment bond, and a 10% two-year maintenance bond. Contractors bidding $50,000 or more must hold and identify the applicable Louisiana contractor's license.
