The City of Melbourne is soliciting bids for replacement of three existing boat docks, including one ADA-compliant dock. The work includes labor, equipment, and materials for new composite decking, concrete piling supports, cleats, ladders, and a fish cleaning station with associated appurtenances. The project also includes replacement of upland concrete ramps; embankment stabilization using Articulated Concrete Block; roadway restoration involving concrete and flexible pavement; ADA-compliant curb ramps and sidewalks; thermoplastic pavement striping; and associated signage. A 5% bid bond is required. The pre-bid conference is non-mandatory and will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams.
