Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for 593 feet of 6061-T4 seamless aluminum tube, supplied in 12-foot lengths, with a 0.750-inch diameter and 0.035-inch wall thickness. The tubing must conform to SAE AMS-WW-T-700/6C, be continuously marked in accordance with ASTM B 666, and meet the specified technical data and part-number requirements. The requirement includes origin inspection and acceptance, ASTM D3951 packaging, MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling, palletization, domestic-material restrictions where applicable, and a Certificate of Quality Compliance for delivered supplies. Delivery is required within 112 days after award, FOB origin, to the DLA Distribution facility at Warner Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
