Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking three aluminum alloy 7075-T6 metal sheets, each nominally 48 inches wide, 8 feet long, and 0.080 inches thick. The sheets must be rolled, solid, phosphoric-acid anodized, and primed in accordance with the specified technical requirements, including applicable ASTM, AMS, and referenced technical data standards. Test coupons are not permitted, and exact dimensions are required. The quotation must address domestic-material restrictions, applicable quality and technical requirements, and delivery FOB origin. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E, DLA packaging requirements, and specified protection requirements. A Certificate of Quality Compliance or mill-material certification is required with each shipment. Only suppliers listed on the Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors are eligible for award unless a deviation is clearly identified.
