Description
This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the Air Force Test Center's Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AFTC/AEDC) for planning purposes to develop a future solicitation for Facility Support Services III (FSS III). The primary place of performance is Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee, with additional support required at geographically separated units in White Oak, Maryland, and Moffett Field, California. The scope of FSS III is anticipated to focus on Security Services (resource protection, entry control, patrols), Command, Control, and Communications (C2) operations, Fire and Emergency Services (prevention, protection, rescue, hazardous materials response, emergency medical services), and Environmental and Safety Programs support. This RFI is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded based on responses. The government is finalizing the acquisition strategy, which has been determined to be set aside for Small Business. Further details will be provided when the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) is posted on SAM.gov. The government anticipates issuing the RFP in the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027. Responses to this RFI are due by 0900 Central Daylight Time on July 7, 2026, and should be submitted via email to Erica Anglin (erica.anglin@us.af.mil) and Bethany Hill (bethany.hill.3@us.af.mil) in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.
