Description
Sumner County Government is soliciting proposals for uniforms to be utilized by the Sumner County Sheriff's Office. The solicitation includes a comprehensive list of required uniform items, including headwear, jackets, shirts, pants, tactical gear, boots, holsters, and accessories. Prices must include monogramming, hemming, and shipping. Comparable products to specified brands will be considered if proof of compatibility is provided. Sumner County may extend contract terms to other institutions upon mutual agreement. Vendors must provide a point-by-point response to the RFP, adhere to specified formatting for corrections, and include delivery times and transportation charges. Payment terms should be NET 30 days, and all proposals must be valid for at least 90 days from the opening date. Insurance requirements include general and professional liability, and workers' compensation if work is performed on county property.
