Description
This is a Sources Sought notice for planning purposes to identify potential sources, including Small Businesses, for the repair of the generator power system for Building 720 at Berry Field Air National Guard Base in Nashville, TN. The project involves retrofitting existing generators with paralleling equipment, installing a new generator docking station, and extending new and existing generator feeds, including connections to automatic transfer switch panels. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price contract, with the type of solicitation depending on the responses received. Interested concerns must submit a written notice of their intent to bid as a prime contractor by July 3, 2026, 10:00 AM CST, not to exceed five pages. The submission must include a statement of intent, a completed Sources Sought Information Request Form, a list of completed projects from the past three years (including project type, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact, indicating prime or subcontractor status), and a brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel. If adequate Small Business competition is not available, the project may be advertised as unrestricted.
