Description
The Town of Westerly is soliciting formal quotes for the purchase and delivery of approximately 1,500 tons of bulk road salt per season, with quantities subject to weather conditions. The salt must contain at least 99.6% sodium chloride, meet ASTM particle-size requirements, include an anti-caking treatment, have low moisture content, and contain little or no impurities. Bidders must submit the attached Bid Form and Bidder Certification Form, along with the required pricing and delivery information. Pricing must include shipping and transportation, remain firm for 120 days, and be offered FOB destination. The submission requires one original bid and one digital public copy on a flash drive; the digital copy must contain a single merged PDF of the submitted documents. The bid is a physical submission.
