Description
Boone County Fiscal Court is soliciting bids for landscaping improvements along the KY 237/North Bend Road corridor and shared-use path, from KY 20 to 2652 North Bend Road. The work includes furnishing labor, materials, equipment, supervision, planting, sodding, soil preparation, mulching, restoration, and incidental work required for a complete installation in accordance with the project plans. The pricing proposal identifies plant materials, imported planting mix, shredded hardwood mulch, sod installation, and topsoil for sod areas. The plans also include landscape-bed preparation, removal and hauling of existing soil, seed-and-straw restoration of disturbed areas, and installation of specified landscape features. A bid bond of 5% is required for bids exceeding $100,000.00. The successful bidder must provide insurance documentation before contract execution.
