Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one adult-size, single-use manual resuscitator with mask. The requested micro bag-valve-mask resuscitator must include a bag, mask, patient valve, reservoir bag, and 2 cm oxygen drive line; have a pocket-size design, textured grip, specified gas-inlet and patient-connector dimensions, and an expiratory connector suitable for PEEP-valve attachment. The item is subject to FDA-related requirements, commercial packaging, Medical Marking Standard No. 1 labeling, a 36-month non-extendable shelf life, and delivery with no more than five months elapsed from manufacture. The quotation must identify the source and part number being supplied; alternate products require complete technical data. Delivery is FOB destination to the specified Gulfport, Mississippi, warehouse address, with a five-day delivery requirement.
